Isn't this just pirating? You have literally provided a free copy of the ORIGINAL game with no permission from anyone affiliated with Undertale, let alone Toby Fox. You have provided no obvious way of modding the game, there is just what appears to be a text-box generator.
If you, by yourself, spent years making something, putting your heart into it, and people illegally gave it out for free without your permission, then you'd understand

I actually found it was modded because when I tried to install a mod, the mod said the copy of undertale might be modded
its not modded, at all, I tried this then undertale itself once i bought it, its the exact same
