Isn't this just pirating? You have literally provided a free copy of the ORIGINAL game with no permission from anyone affiliated with Undertale, let alone Toby Fox. You have provided no obvious way of modding the game, there is just what appears to be a text-box generator.
Nothing about this has been modded you just straight up took Undertale and posted it, thats just prating, Papyrus would Not not be very proud of you, shame on you.
